Upper Echelon Lux Beauty Never shipped the item kept moving the ship date, I requested the refund the approved and after the timeframe the order should have been refunded. Changed their policy to store credit. But they do not ship orders just keep moving the dates. Antioch CA
This company continuously moves your shipping dates and never delivers the product. I requested a refund it was approved to be sent back to my bank after 14 processing days. On Day 15 I call to check status and the policy has changed to in store credit. Which is a joke to me because they do not ship any products to customers. It's a huge scam
