United Parcel Service ups Customer service deterioration o usps levels and worse National Nationwide
UPS customer service is deteriorating to extremely low levels. When calling in to them thy have you on hold 20 to 30 minutes then could not care at all about the situation they are causing by their delays and hang up on you or place you on a ridiculous endless recording option on purpose. This company no longer appreciates their customers and their employees are not reprimanded for treating the customers bad. Use another company until they bring back their customer service.
