This company Twinz Towing http://twinztowingohio.com phone: 614-734-4839 works for AAA road service for towing in Columbus Ohio. They also have a side auto repair company. They did some side work one time of repairing our car. Ben is the owner of the company.
I told them I was going to get new tires and rims on my car. I was told by Ben and his father Dennis they said they could do this for me. Thinking I could safe some money and I had used them before, I told them to get the tires and rims. They ask for the money in advance to order the tires and rims. I gave them on June 24, 2021 $3150.00 cash to buy the merchandise.
I called they phone number listed on the business card. Dennis the father of the son business answered the phone. Once he heard my voice he hung of the phone. I tried other phone he again hung the phone up again on me. I have left over 25 text messages for my money to be returned to me and all they do is ignore me.
This company does nothing more than scam senior citizens out of their hard earned saved social security money and the need to be stopped. I have heard they have pulled this on other senior citizens when they tow cards for AAA road service.

This company works for AAA auto services. They have a side auto business where they take cars to be repaired to their garage. I needed 4 tires and rims for my car which they said they would get for me. I gave them $3150.00 cash money to buy my tires and rims. They never installed these items. I have rquested my money back which I still have not received. I was promised 30 days ago they would return my money I am still waiting for my money to be returned to me.

Dennis I have waited 30 day's for my $3150.00 money and I still have not received my money. I'm sure you told me this hopping I would forget about it..I want my money or I will forced to take legal action.I been very patient with you which got me no where but a bunch of lies to me

I am very disappointed with Twinz Towing and Recovery on their service. They do wrecker service for AAA auto services. They own a garage where they do repairs in their garage.
This garage is where they were suppose to put my tires and rims on. They never completed the job they were supposed to do.
I gave them money for 4 tires and rims for $3150.00 and I am still waiting for them to complete the work or return my money.
I was told they would return my money but I am still waiting for my money. Other senior citizen scam to take my money.
