Troy and Melissa C. Johnson signed a 24 month lease of our property. They failed to pay several months rent and homeowners dues. We tried to work with them to restructure the lease. They were extremely adversarial and combative to the extent we planned to evict them.
They left without paying anything, without informing anyone, and left no forwarding address. They also took our new washer and dryer with them. The house was in poor shape as they never cleaned up after their kids or pets.
