Trend Quality/Quality Trends Ph#832-799-2183, Joanna Duran of Houston, TX This is a fake company!!! Do not order merchandise from this company!
Take it from me, a real wife of a husband who placed an order from this company who thought he was ordering from a legitimate company only to find out 20 days later this is a fake company! The phone# listed on the website: 888-349-8999 is disconnected and not in service. The ph# listed on the charge to my bank account: 832-799-2183 shows registered to a "Joanna Duran" of Houston, TX.
I am giving Mrs. Duran the benefit of the doubt that she is not aware that this company is using her mobile# on their website and for online charges to bank accounts; Mrs. Duran you have now been CALLED OUT and requested to dispute for the public you know nothing about this scam! Otherwise, will assume that YOU are not only complicit in the scam but part of it as well.
Mrs. Duran is also affiliated with "AgentCor Realty" of Bakersfield, CA along with a "Rufus Weina" whom, claims to be a neural analytic sales expert which after further research and scrutiny appears to be a bunch of sh^$ for the fools who don’t know any better.
Anyway, I am tasked with coming along after the fact to rectify the situation and needless to say am not happy about it. So, decided to post a Rip Off Report about it. If you have any questions please feel free to reply to this post. I am sure Rip Off Reports has a way to communicate through the website.
We are in the process of trying to obtain a refund from our bank for the charges. Wish us luck.
