Hi
so i booked a flight via travelgenio website. and after a while they emailed me that the air company going bankrupt and they had to cancel my flight. So i called them like 3 months ago and they promised me a refund with in 15-30 days maximum. and now it has been more then 3 months did not receive any money.
I tried emailing them so many times they don’t answer me.
