To all you kind innocent consumers BEWARE!!

All SALESPERSONS will of course "GO OUT OF THEIR WAY" to make a sale. They love you and you are SECOND to NO-ONE-ELSE...Question is: After the purchase...how is the service and reliability OF THAT SO CALLED service performed?  No one in Jacksonville or the North/South Orange Park, FL seems to know which hand is which.  Kyle seemed to have treated my wife the best after having been thrown into what "PAT" the "SERVICE MASTER MANAGER/DIRECTOR...whatever" said by Lance that he was the BEST and ALL WOULD BE COMPLETE!  Each time asked when told the unit was 'finished' if they did this,that,and that...(let me check and I'll get back to you), then another person calls and says they are getting threats...from who and where?

No is the answer: those other items on their warranty repair approvals list should be done while they are fixing our unit because of the constant water issues we have since purchasing it 6 months ago and have spent a total of about 3 weeks in it.  The rest of the time it was waiting for parts or Ooops, we didn't realize that was missing, we will get those parts right away, then they get the parts, send them to me and there is no where to put them.  Then I find out, the pins r lost that I gave back to them but there is ANOTHER piece missing from the bunks that the clips attach to for support of the electric bunk and seats in the hauler area.

Dear Sir/Madam, It was excellent of corporate to respond to customer having issues with the North Carolina location.  I am curious how it all worked out.  I can be contacted by any person reviewing this message at my mobile 973.seven two to 6 seven 86.  Why haven't you replied to any of my posts or complaints "Mr/Mrs." corporate office person?  They were posted on the Jacksonville, FL, Griffin, GA and others.

LANCE LANCE LANCE, boy, child, apparently 2nd in charge to the owner and why nobody uses or will provide any last names....

Why are you so unhappy with life?   Smile buddy.  Good things are going to happen for you.  (does that sound like the ranting of a lunatic or what?) I think not.

Ben Sommerstein (found his last name online in a review but NOWHERE will you find a directory on their website), the "sales: manager" of Beach Blvd, Jax, Fl location, barely brought my petite disabled wife to tears yelling and bantering, refusing to show her property "OUR Toy Hauler" in the back they said was "Complete 100%", which is wasn't for many many days after, still waiting for parts they lost.

She had to fly back to see her momma, sick, then got sick herself, leaving me 12hrs away with our children in a stuffy rental THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PROVIDE !!!!  Lance says over and over and over and OVER.

Is he the CEO?  God help us if not, then there is an owner and a board who put him in this position.  If he is, and he was also on this makeshift Sunday night 3 way call with the driver because they don't want their # to be seen...outrageous!...and Lord Help anyone who mistakenly falls into their "trust us, we're a family" bull crabola".

I believe Lance was intoxicated when he called this evening.  A CEO does not act the way he did or use that type of language in ANY situation.  I'll assume it is must be a lack of formal education, etiquette training, or a code of ethics that TravelCamp, Inc. feels they just don't seem to need.  Forget getting any assistance from the manufacturer Forest River RV of Indiana.  Wow..they REALLY don't give a crabola even less.
