I have one cell phone and one phone number,(one line of service).

My service started in April 2023. Billing was fine in April and May 2023. 

Starting in June 2023 they started billing me twice a month. They billed me at the begining of the month, and then five days later. I have autopay, so they were charging my credit card twice. This also happen right around when credit card statements changed months. So the double payments didn't always show up on the same statement. I didn't notice this was happening till December 2023. 

I called them, and after hours on the phone, they reimbursed me the double payments back to June 2023. They told me my account was straighten out, and this wouldn't happen again. Well they doubled billed me again in January and February 2024. I again called and spent hours on the phone. They reimbursed me for January and February 2024. They shorted me three cents on each transaction in January and February.

Come March, they doubled billed me again. On March 2+7, 2024. I called the again, spent hours on the phone and spoke to four different people. They wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. They refused to reimburse me the second charge, and told me to open a dispute on my credit card and cancel my card that I had since 1993. They keep telling me that they only see one charge on my account, But my credit card statements show two charges every month.

There is also a problem with my account that they can't or won't fix. On my computer my account shows no active lines, the wrong phone number, but my correct Sims card number. I can also see one charge every month. I can't see the second charge I've been getting. 

On my cell phone app, It shows my account as inactive, But my cell phone works. How does my phone work, when they have the wrong number attached to my Sims card in my working phone? Why do they keep billing me for two lines, and it not showing up on my account? Who's line is attached to my credit card that they can't see, or remove? They keep telling me that the wrong phone number on my account isn't in their system. They keep telling me that everything has been straighten out and corrected, but it hasn't been corrected or fixed.
