During the time Michael Cherner was the Director of Touro College (Touro University) at 1726 Kings Highway, Brooklyn, New York 11229 told me to tell my father to give him 30,000 Dollars and he would give me a Master Degree in Occupational Therapy!

During the time I was a Student at Touro College, Michael Cherner Director of Touro College at 1726 Kings Highway, Brooklyn NY 11229 and Andrique Barron Director of Admissions of Touro College at Manhattan Campus at 27-33 West 23rd Street, New York, NY, 10010 used the fact that they knew about my Biological Older Brother Gennady Levin who sexually abused me when I was a child in Soviet Union and extorted money out of my parents even though I was excellent student at Touro College!

My father never had high cholesterol did not need to take cholesterol medication and never smoked was always active and ate something that had a chemical in his food without him knowing that caused his arteries to clog up an he had a major heart attack and had double bypass surgery. And soon after I got infected with Covid-19! Touro College (Touro University) did this and is trying to kill me and my father!

Touro University, Touro College has bribed with money my previous Psychiatrist Dr. Eva Khavkin MD to try to kill me by giving me for many years prescribed Extra Large Dosage of Multiple Psychiatric Medications which caused me to gain a lot of weight as well lose my sex drive completely as well as caused many years of medical scalpel treatment on my toes ingrown toe nails on both feet as well as 2 separate Surgeries Under Anesthesia on my Big Toe Nails on my both of my feet and which was caused by Dr. Eva Khavkin MD Psychiatrist prescribed High Dosage of Risperidone at 6 MG for more than 10 Years! I told Dr. Eva Khavkin MD to lower the dosage many times and she refused and said to me, "I Will Never lower the Dosage and stop telling me about your Sexual Problem that it doesn't work! So I called my Medical Insurance Company and made a Complaint Report About Dr. Eva Khavkin MD Psychiatrist. During my appointments with Dr. Eva Khavkin MD Psychiatrist at Ohel Tikva, Ohel Children’s Home and Family Services at Ohel Jaffa Family Campus she said, "I take money from everyone and anyone!” and "I like that you come to me more often because I make more money.” I contacted the FBI and sent the recordings to them!
