I contact them again and Dan another representative told me that he couldn't keep the way was told by Veronica, and showed me a more expensive plan and made so frustrated and upset, took me 2 hours talking to him and his supervisor Jessica, she tried give other options, but not the same plan offered by Veronica. That was the only thing a wanted, the new.plan to update my device at the cost she said, but unfortunately she didn't do that, can't believe they can change what they say, I have all the chat with all conversations on it.
