Tito Appliance not standing good for a warranty on a product they sold Bangor pa
They came and delivered the refrigerator and we could not put it in the place we wanted it right away. In about 2 weeks we were able to place it where we wanted it and my husband hooked up the lines for the water/ice maker. The ice maker would not make ice/nor would it dispense ice when I bought some and put it in the ice container. I called many, many, many times and was always told someone would come look at it but no one would ever show up. I had to threatening to contact your office and file a suit against them for them to finally come after months of promises but always a no show. Mind you I work for a police department and I am also the Mayor of our little town along with many volunteer groups, I do not have time to sit and wait for no shows or continue phones calls in which I always go a run around. so I finally got them to come look at it, they told me they would order the parts and call me in a week to arrange a time to fix it. Needless to say that was over 2 months ago. Today I tried to call them and they won't answer the phone, I then tried to text them negative response.
