Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 11/29/21. I received a tracking number that showed a shipping lablel was created on 12/8 but no package was delivered to the USPS. On 12/17, 11 days later, the item is still on its way to the post office. However, I did finally get an email from Mia Xie at Tiosebon that stated the items "arrives at the airport destination Affected by the Covid 19...." Everything is due to covid to these people.
They started the pandemic and now use it as an excuse why they can't deliver their products in a timely manner. Tiosebon also stated that the items were in Bensenville, US, in the hands of the USPS on 12/14/21 but the tracking number shows the alleged package is in McDonough, GA and as late as 12/17 is not in the hands of the USPS. LYING IS NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS. Very Unhappy with this Company. I do not trust anything they say. Buyers Beware!!! Still don't have my package, don't know if I ever will get it, but its not worth the time, trouble and aggravation to do business with these idiots!
