Thailand Amulet Centre www.amuletlove.com Order from their website was a month overdue, can't reach them to find out why my order hasn't arrived- Maechan
I have ordered from their online store 3 times prior to this order, and had no problems. So I placed a 4th order with them, but a whole month went by and my product had not arrived. Tried contacting them several times about this, not just by email but but on their Facebook page and their Etsy page, but no response. What's really strange is that their website says to contact them before filing a Paypal claim, but how can we contact them if they don't respond to their emails and messages? And I can't phone them, as that would be a long distance call (Canada to Thailand). So I'm guessing that they decided to pocket my money and give me nothing. Not sure why they are trying to rip me off this time, as they were such good sellers before. And to do this to a a loyal customer is really bad customer service. Unless I finally get my order or a refund of my money, with an explanation about what happened, they will be losing a customer.
