I signed up to talk space for on-line counseling. Considering the current pandemic I thought this would be a good alternative. They made pay upfront for counseling ( more than $200.). Then they aligned me with a counselor. I reached out several times to the counselor and she NEVER REPLIED ONCE. I asked for a refund because I figured if they won't make initial contact it probably won't go well.
Talk space would only refund a portion of the money that I was forced to pay upfront. I feel that talk space is a scam that is pull money from vulnerable people without providing any services. A total scam. They spend their money on celebrities for commercials but don't provide a service.
