Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Waited 35mins in the drive thru. We asked for a $5 box and were told its only for online order so I asked for the same contents of the box I was told I could not order them. I let that go. I didn't understand what the "Naked" in Naked chalupa meant so I carefully worded my sentence because I didn't want to sound like I was playing around and the person went silent. I nervously snickered at the awkwardness and said Hello? He then comes back to the mic and says rudely " are you being stupid or something" I paused for a second and said no I just would like to know what that means.

I finished my order pulled up to the window and my passenger was extremely upset. She asked me to ask for the manager so I did and let them speak. The man responds "I am the manager" she began to politely tell him he was wrong for calling us stupid for asking a question about the menu and he proceeds to exhale and fall to the counter while rolling his eyes. After he did that I felt the need to speak to him I reiterated her words and told him he was wrong for acting in the manor he was acting and I will have to contact a cooperate office about his behavior.

He says "i don't care call corporate I'm not giving you your food. Get the f*ck out of here" then waves his hand as if he was above me and dismissed me. so naturally I was furious and I lost my cool and had a shouting match with him during the exchange he cursed at me again I opened my door because I felt like he need me to be a little closer but my passenger restrained me. lucky him. He then starts changing his tune give me a BS story about how he thought we were making fun of his English and he didn't mean to talk to us rudely. This man should not be a manager at this establishment. long story over Go To A Different Taco Bell Period.

What you think and what took place are to different things. I asked a simple question not being a smart a*s. And the menu just says naked. Doesn’t say chicken wrapped taco. And the picture at the distance looks like a hard taco shell. Also if you did think I was being a smart a*s as a manager your response should never suggest that someone is stupid.

He could of simply said "are you joking?” Or "are you bring serious " instead when you are politely address you say "get the f*ck out of here” On what planet do you think you can speak to someone like this with zero response physical or not. I was clearly in the wrong if I did lay hands on him I do agree with you but when you poke a bear dies the bear laugh or bite you hand off.

You really needed to ask them what makes the "naked" taco naked?  If I was the manager I would have thought you were trying to be a smart **s also.   I mean you know about the $5 box that obviously wasn't on the menu because it was an online item only.  So it isn't like you are a Taco Bell "newbie" Not to mention that they have graphics all over their menu that tell you exactly what the naked taco is.

By the way, what do you mean "lucky him". Were you really going to physically attack this guy over this?   If so, it is lucky YOU that your passenger restrained you. If you would have attacked him, that would have been an assault.  All the manager would have had to do was pull the security video from around the restaurant, get your license plate, and call the police.    Of course, that is assuming that his other co-workers didn't come to his defense and beat you to a pulp.
