posting this for a friend!  She went into taco bell @ dixon illinois store.  she ordered tacos with only meat and cheese and once again low and behold they messed up her order. when she went to the counter she recieved her money back and went to sit down so her hubby could finish eating. the asst general manager (angela) came over and kicked them out for getting bad service.  she is not a desgruntld employee but a good hard worker.  its sad to say that companies like taco bell in dixon illinois treat there cunsumers this way.  i will be calling taco bells company headquarters tomorrow morning to complain for her.  when will business like taco bell learn that when someone comes in and orders food that thay are a cunsumer and not a former employee?  is it that hard to figure it out? or is it just the woman in asst general managers positions think they can do what they want?

I would first off like to say that I frequent this establishment and have had no issues with my service; no where near to the extent described in the original report.  I know the staff there very well because of this.  I also personally know that the Assistant General Manager.  Her name is not Angela.  We have spoken on many occasions.  Whether it be to correct an order that had a mistake, or a friendly conversation.  Regarding the mistake, we are all human.  Its when they are every time my orders get messed up I would stop going to eat at an establishment, rather than waste my valuable time expecting great food when I already know I am going to get the opposite. 


Since I am speaking as a friend, through my visits, of the Assistant General Manager and was not there to witness the the conversation or what factually happened I cannot comment on the specific situation.  I would find it more relevant had the actual "consumer" filed the complaint her self, and not a friend.  I find more value in first hand experiences, not hearsay. 


I have found this store to be a great place for the value, smiles, and great service that I have repeatedly received.  On any given day I would be more than happy to recommend this place as a great stop for lunch or dinner.  I decided to give this place a try a while back because I was having issues with a couple other spots in the town messing up my order.  After a couple times I had decided to stop frequenting those establishments and try out a different lunch spot.  I yet have to be let down!  I have never witnessed Taco Bell in Dixon Illinois treat any one of the consumers with disrespect.  From past experiences of seeing a consumer asked to leave it was usually because they were not composing themselves in a manner suitable for a family restaurant, or showed extreme disrespect that no one deserves.  As to the team at Taco Bell in Dixon Illinois, KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE!
