I called to get home internet and the guy kept pushing me into a lower cost cell phone plan. I am currently with ATT and was looking to call them for some pricing changes. However there are 5 phones so all the people need to weigh in on coverage that would be different with t mobile. HE SAID HE WOULD SEND SIM CARDS ANYWAY FOR ALL 5 PHONES AND i would not be charged if i chose not to activate. Well imagine my surprise when I got a bill for 220. charging me for everything. It gets better. for almost 2 months could not activate home internet because internally tmobile had assigned the home internet one of the sim card phone numbers and I could not activate the account.

5 different calls to customer service were never answered after waiting 30 minutes on hold. Last night after 4.5 hours tech support finally switched out the numbers internally and I finally had home internet after waiting 2 months. However.... another 2 hours of trying to get the charges which have gone on my credit card removed. The idiots clearly told me they were Charging me for service they never provided
