Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company advertises on social media sites and they contacted me from instagram. I did some research and the company seemed legit. They video called me and told me the process and asked for a deposit. I sent the deposit and multiple times I was told they were on their way to deliver what I paid for.

They wanted to deliver the product instead of ship it since they claimed to have been in town for a convention. They said they were five minutes away, but refused to show up till they got more money. It was as if they were trying to blackmail me. The product is for someone with stage 4 colon cancer.

They kept saying they were business men and wouldnt scam anyone. They promised a money back guarantee within 24 hours if we were not satisfied. Well, I am not satisfied. They never gave me anything for the deposit we agreed on.

They never gave me anything that I paid for. They stole money from a dying man who just wanted help to feel better and be better. This is a scam and everyone should be aware of the scam to steal from sick people.

When you deal with people skirting to outright breaking the law..you are eventually going to get scammed. Because these people know you will NEVER go to the police to report them.

The tipoff should have been that the company is based in Arizonia, yet the phone number you posted is a California(San Diego County) number. The "company" may be legitimate but it is probable that you were not dealing with the company.  I also don't know how much research you did, as it took me about 30 seconds to find out that they only sell wholesale to dispenseries in Arizonia.

Unless you really want to believe that an Arizonia wholesaler just happened to be in  Las Vegas ready to do home deliveries on the retail market using a San  Diego Phone Number. What you should have done is ask them for the name and location of the Convention they were supposedly at so you could verify it. I would bet that would be the last time you heard from them, well unless they fed you a line that said it was a "private" convention that you can't find on the Internet.

Do we even dare guess how you had to make the "deposit"?   At least I hope you have the common sense to tell us it wasn't through a Money Gram, Gift Cards or other methods that are virtually untraceable.

By the way do you really expect someone scamming you to admit it if you ask? Of course not, they are going to tell you that they are "Businessman" and would never do that. They may even promise some sort of satisfaction guarantee if you are not satisfied. Where they may promise you a full refund within 24 hours.

This is a scam and everyone should be aware of the scam to steal from sick people.

- No...they don't care if you are sick or in perfect health. They will do this to anyone who is gullible enough to fall for it.
