Every time I try to bid in something next thing I receive an email saying "unable to accept your bid". Then I get my (SAME AS BEFORE) payment method verified, but I always get the same email "unable to accept your bid".

This is insane!!! The payment method didn't change you are able to accept today, but tomorrow no? What are the criterial to this evaluation?

Oh, tomorrow is Monday let's reject and accept only on Wednesday! Is that it? Because "we were unable to process your Bid because it was declined by our Risk Prevention Partner" IS NOT AN EXPLANATION!!!

For the 7th time in this month I lost a item that I wanted, because you guys aren't capable to try to recharge me.
