Steven Goldschmied Con Man and Pathological Liar Vista California
Steve tried to con my father in law out of money by saying he could provide a jumbo sized real estate loan with a fixed rate of 2.50% fixed for 30 years. He told my father in law that he was the owner of a mortgage company, which helped him obtain substantially lower rates than all competitors. This pathological liar told my father in law all that he needed to do was provide a $20,000 up front fee that would be refunded at closing. When I heard about this "too good to be true" scenario, I did some extensive research and found the following: Steve lost his license in the state of Utah due to fraud. Steve does not have a real estate license or mortgage license in California. Steve squatted a house in Orange County and lied to his family about it before they were kicked out by the police. Steve abused his exwife, who divorced him and obtained a restraining order. Steve had an affair with the sister of the exwife. After the sister dumped Steve, he harrassed her so much that she moved out of town. Steve has been involved in a Gold scam whereby he claims a gigantic gold shipment is in a locked warehouse at JFK airport and he can purchase the gold for 50 cents on the dollar. He just needs your money in advance to make a huge profit (Who would believe this lie?). This illiterate scumbag has been in court for lawsuits against him over a dozen times, including lack of child support payments. Steve you are a scumbag and pathological liar. I'm 6 foot 3, 300 pounds, and work out at Golds Gym 5 times a week, so watch your back Goldshmuk. Anyone reading this, don't believe a word out of Steve Goldschmieds liar mouth. He is a narcissist and a college drop out. He's basically an idiot who can't make money legally. Thanks for reading. Big Pete, Temecula California.
