BEWARE! Stephanie Schwing is a unethical real estate Broker. She left my own personal real estate condo completely unlocked without notifying the owner for over 1 hour after her showing, and refused to return to the property to follow proper showing instructions and secure the property. I had to drive 90 minutes round trip to re-secure my property after this Careless agent refused to follow proper showing instructions and secure the property. Stephanie Schwing Cited "Safety" concerns as she did not feel "safe" in that area of town, and blatantly refused to return to lock the property.

I threatened to call her Broker, she cited she is her own broker owner and laughed at me. TREC and TAR formal complaints are being made for this CARELESS broker leaving an MLS listing completely unlocked, citing safety concerns and instigating that my washer and dryer might be stolen and offered advice to get them out of there before they are stolen. Broker Stephanie Schwing did confirm the property WAS locked when she arrived, and cited she could not re-lock them, EVEN THOUGH MY EXPLICIT showing instructions stated to GENTLY LIFT up on the security gate to relock.

I was able to relock all three locks in 20 seconds of my time, after a 45 minute drive from my home office. VERY disrespectful and CARELESS agent, did not care that she left my property unsecured since SHE did not like the area and SHE did not feel safe, she felt like she did not have to follow explicit showing instructions and leave a property secured as she found it. This broker has NO respect for other people's property, should be stripped of her broker's license for lack of cannon of ethics Fidelity specifically, According to the canon entitled Fidelity, a licensee owes a client fiduciary responsibility while acting as an agent. Although the licensee’s primary duty is to represent the client, other parties to a transaction must be treated fairly. Licensees must be faithful and observant to the trust placed in them, as well as scrupulous and meticulous in performing tasks.

Broker Stephanie Schwing was entrusted by the owner and listing agent of this property to perform a showing on December 2nd at 2:30pm and showing instructions state to secure the property, including all locks. She was entrusted to leave the property SECURED as she found it, and refused to do so, and blatantly refused to return to the property 1 hour following the showing citing the "already drove home" and was too lazy to drive back to the property and did not feel safe due to her personal opinion of the safety of the area. This required, Myself, owner of the property, to drive 90 minutes round trip to resecure the three locks, which only took 20 seconds. She made ZERO attempt to contact me while AT the property to complain about her incompetence on how to re-engage door locks. Showing instructions even specifically cited "Gently" lift security gate to more smoothly engage lock. Both Door locks smoothly without lifting, simply pull shut and turn key. VERY CARELESS AGENT.

I am Furious I had to drop what I was doing and spent 90 minutes to perform a SIMPLE Basic task this experienced "BROKER" was too incompetent and careless to do. Apparently her "time" is more valuable than mine, that is VERY disrespectful to leave a property unsecured at anytime. I will not be approving any future appointments from  her on any listing ever again for failure to follow simple directions.
