STAXX FATT MERCHANT FATT MERCHANT , FATTMERCHANT They Sent Defective Equipment & Would not Allow the return to obtain merchant services equipment that would work in order to process payments Orlando Florida

their Sales people are the best at selling but that's all I can say good about them , After receiving defective merchant processing equipment from https://staxpayments.com/contact/
that's where the nightmare started , They diagnosed us as having the issue with our high speed internet , NO it's your equipment! And it was returned to them and no replacement equipment was sent since they were steadfast it was our Highspeed internet. Our internet was tested by our major internet provider and they determined everything was in order , I had to agree since everything else including our voip was perfect and never an issue.
This went on for weeks with https://staxpayments.com/contact/ then months even after the initial two weeks when the equipment that was sent was found defective ,we cancelled with them by Physically writing a cancellation and sending it certified and also repeated phone calls (they had no contracts so cancellation anytime) with Their Sales staff that were now no where to be found . The charges that were paid to them were considerable since they were connected to our bank account to remove funds whenever , this all started in July of 2020 at this writing of May 2023 I am still dealing with the aftermath of trying to recoup my funds and they sent monthly fee to collections for 2 service payments of $54 each that I refused to pay since they would not stop debiting my bank account I had to go to lengths of asking my bank to stop attempted withdrawals by these thieves ! then your very lucky ! I do not recommend them and this is a true story it's not a competitor ,
