Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My Sprint Service has changed to NO bars of service since I relocated and now that I have to work outside the Air Rave is just not satisfactory.  Sprint refuses to allow me to get other service from another company that has better service in my area.  Sprint wants me to PAY them $350 just to change service companies to get adiquet cell coverage to do my job and to make money to PAY my SPRINT BILL.

All over a few dollars, I have been with Sprint for 19 years and I have been through all of the heart ache and changes Sprint has made with its company over the years, many times making mistakes on my bill that last for months.  I have been on the phone with Sprint Customer care for over 100 yours , its like talking to a BULL.  Hard headed and thinking they can not be penalized for their argogant tactics and poor customer care.

Do you think SPRINT shows me any gratitude for the 19 years of paying my over $100 a month bill on time, NO NO NO.   Today a Sprint opperator told me I have perfect service and while the call was taking place the call dropped and he did not call me back.

I just want Cell Service that is Satisfactory!!  Sprint locks you into a contract with promises and fluffy offers that can and are not backed up.  On the day that I was in the Sprint Store to buy a new phone the Salesman at the Linden Sprint Store explain in great detail how Sprint offers a $35.00 deal that any phone can be repaired or replaced that day.  Of course once again an idle offer that was not backed up with Service once a phone was brought in for service.  MORE LIES and scamming sales tactics to once again lock you into a contract.

GO WITH A NO CONTRACT CELL COMPANY.

You will be screwed Blued and tattoed with Sprint.

So YOU move and Sprint is the bad guy. How does that work exactly?? Did you perhaps go to a Sprint store and see if there was coverage for the area YOU chose to move to?? No, that would be common sense. Yes Sprint is going to hold you to the terms and conditions of the contract that YOU signed. Why?? Because SPRINT didn't tell you to move. Sprint had NO CHOICE in where YOU chose to live. Sprint provides the handset and the service. If YOU moved to an area that has poor coverage, well that was YOUR CHOICE!!!! YOU can sit there and try and continue to play the victim, but it wont work. Someone has already poked the holes into your rant. Get over it and move past it. YOUR inability to get service is DIRECTLY DUE TO THE CHOICES YOU MADE. Sprint is under ZERO legal liability to terminate your contract because YOU CHOSE TO MOVE. While to YOU its "unfair". It is what it is. YOU signed a contract. YOU will be held to the terms and conditions of that contract. You even agreed that Sprint has no liability when you signed the contract originally. YOUR spite filled post only goes to show how immature you truly are. This is BUSINESS!!! YOU want to make it personal and try and play the victim. WHEN SPRINT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR MOVE!!! Now with that said, there MAY be a remedy for you. You can go to FRYS . com and order a cellular antenna. It costs about $10 plus shipping. This will give you service in areas where you cant get any bars. You get an EXTRA 2 bars. This MAY help to resolve your issue so you can continue to use Sprint while YOU blame Sprint for your choices. Just type in "cellphone Boosters" in the search box and its normally the very first one shown. In the future, I would suggest that you go to a cellphone store or better yet a RadioShack store and CHECK YOUR COVERAGE!!!!! If you plan on moving all you will need is the zip code and they will be able to pull up a coverage map per carrier for the area you are looking into moving to.

" Sprint is NOT abiding to Conectivity LAWS."

Remember, SPECIFIC LAWS they are violating.

If so, advise your states attorney general and the BBB.

You do know the cancellation fee is to cover the subsidized cost of your phone don't you?  You get the phone for little or no upfront cost and they recover their investment over the term of your contract.  Most companies don't guarantee service if you decide to move to a non-coverage area.
