This was the worst experience I have ever had, their systems completely messed up and sent me the wrong itinerary . I called to get them to resolve it, and they demanded I pay $170 to change my flight itinerary to the "flight I really wanted." I am an honest person, and to be honest, if would have only been $70 for me to purchase another flight for the "time I really wanted." It wasn't about the money for me, it was the principle. I selected the earlier flight specifically because I had an event to be at at noon. Their systems sent me an itinerary for a flight that wasn't leaving out until 6pm. I spoke to several people in different countries who had no empathy for a mistake that their own company made. Spirit has terrible customer service, their customer service reps are all rude and seem to have attitudes for no reason. I'm disappointed in how I was treated and am downright outraged that I essentially had to pay for a flight twice for a mistake they made
