The Sphere Experience and Vibee, the company that coordinates their "VIP" tickets are both trash and honestly, after 40 years of love for U2, I've become disenchanted due to their association with these two organizations.
I purchased the VIP experience via Vibee in April 2023 and was thoroughly ripped off with my obstructed seats in October 2023. I complained online and in person and was not reseated, after which I "experienced" this so-called "experience" with less visibility than in regular concert seats, despite paying a premium, with the added trouble associated with men pushing past me as they ran back and forth into the aisles to try to catch glimpses of the ceiling and additional visuals.
I will never do business with Vibee, the Sphere, or really anything U2 associated again. I've provided negative reviews that were all ignored and expect this to be ignored. I hope it's helpful to other consumers and will be reporting the issue to other websites in an attempt to draw attention to this fraudulent behavior and positively impact other consumers.

NOTHING has changed in the reservation business. NOBODY ever, ever needs ANY of this third party slime. You call and make your reservations DIRECTLY yourself! ALL these third party slime make all these promises while from the other side of their mouth, they may deliberately provide trashy accommodations in hopes you will cancel. The venue will refund YOUR MONEY to them and the slimeballs will KEEP YOUR MONEY. These third party trash will sometimes make a deliberate mistake so you will cancel and they keep your money. That's the M.O. of this slime. Don't ever, ever use ANY third party reservation place again unless it is a valid, well established travel agency with a very respectable track record. NONE of these third parties other than that, even come close. They are ALL trash
