I went to my uncles house from 09/01-09/09 and the entire time your internet was out, not only did he call you guys several times to come out and fix this issue we heard every excuse under the sun why they cant come out or charge him over $100 to send someone to fix your junk today the internet is still not working for your guys to say well our box must be bad. (well no sh*t), what is he paying you for top dollar being taken advantage of as senior citizen with no internet.

You people used to be so great when you were Brighthouse and now you were bought out by these crooked corporate giants everything went downhill. Stay away from this company they are a scam I can't wait till AT&T installs in my area you will be out the same day

 Johnny Dollar? If thats even your real name lol probably some typical northern coward puke wont give his real information. Good question do you work for the company? You’re brown nosing them pretty well for just being a consumer, theres nothing more to explain this is not a novelty story that warrants an explanation to some crackhead up at 12:50 in the morning looking for reports to troll.

I guess you missed the part they commented that their box was the problem was final outcome since you cant read i would recommend you place your meth pipe down stay off peoples reports when you’re high you sound like an uneducated idiot "Einstein”.

You have a problem i welcome you to call me or come to my house see how tough you are with your big mouth behind your company screen.

 There's more to this story than you are telling. Why would they NOT want to provide service and get paid for it? Do you think we are that stupid to believe Spectrum just doesn't want to fix it and restore service which is what they get paid for???

In all probability he has a PAST DUE balance and they aren't going to lift a finger until that past due balance is paid. This is the policy of all cable and ISP's. Now, why don't you write back saying how I must work for "them" and he has no past due balance.

In fact, he's had service for 389 years and was never, ever one second late in paying.
