Sony Refusal to make good on warranty repair
Sony refusing to make good on warranty repair of model tv that obviusly should be recalled .Hundreds of people in pnline forums with broken Sony electronics .Sony x690e 65 inch smart tv . Do NOT buy Sony . Set was $700 . Tech wants $350 to repair broken LED light board .

They dont make them like they used to . Remember mom and pop tvs from the 70's worked for 25 years

Purchased in 2018 . But never Used until October 2019 till this month . Yeah I know its "out of warranty" . When you see 4 of the exact same model in your repair shop with the exact same problem , and your repair tech clearly says something is wrong with this model, you really get upset . Its not facing and accepting your responcibility as a corporation . If you read online how many complaints there are with this problem you clearly know its a recall issue thats not being addressed .
