The handle broke on my first trip with the bag. I contacted customer service and they sent me a video telling me how to use the handle after I told them that the handle was broke. Customer service (Alyssa Mendoza) has completely ignored my request to speak to a supervisor, a refund, a return label and box. I have contacted my credit card company and filed fraudulent activity against Solgaard.
Beware of this company! They have extremely poor customer service and their suitcases are junk!!
