I purchase a backpack from Soforlife.com. In the product information it states, "We have 24/7/365 ticket and email support. Please contact us  at [email protected] if you need assistance.               

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you buy from us. If for Any Reason make you are not satisfied about product and customer service, please let us know and we will offer iron-clad money back guarantee   Buying online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolutely ZERO risks in buying something and trying it out. If you don’t like it, we’ll make it right… It’s our promise!"  

My wife was not satified with the product. I emailed [email protected] to return the product for a refund and I was told unless there is a manufacturers defect, they wouldn't offer a refund.
