BEWARE. Dishonest business and ownership. Booked a 2 hour ride – which was cut 1 HOUR short with zero explanation from the staff or owner. The owner (who lives in AZ keep in mind) claimed the ride was completed on time based on his PHONE conversation with his dishonest staff. This of course was a complete lie and his attempt to avoid paying the riders any form of credit or refund for the shorter ride.
If a customer is paying for a service – perform the service in full, professionally, and safely. Our wrangler Justin was extremely unprofessional providing limited direction to the riders and not assisting riders when they felt unsafe or uncomfortable while handling the horses. I would avoid this place at all costs and seek out alternative services in the area.
