Let me start by saying, I really enjoy Smoothies. I find them to be a healthy alternative to junk food and traditional fast food.  And, if you are a regular at smoothie kings, you know this is an investment in your health. Read- The smoothies are not cheap.  I typically spend between $10 and $20 on a smoothie, but that's my choice.

That being said, this location is simply awful.  They frequently are not open during published business hours, with no explanation and no excuse. They are never appropriately staffed, and frequently will mess up orders, again with no apologies.  I have experienced the worst customer service ever at this location. 

Twice, there has been an extended line in the middle of the day.  (I was patient, thinking they are preparing a delicious, healthy treat for the customer ahead of me in line). Boy was I wrong, the employee (and I use the word loosely had simply absconded). No One was working at the store in the middle of the day, no signage, no announcement nothing!  We were all waiting in line for nothing (drive through).

To avoid lines, I had taken to ordering and paying online ahead of my arrival. You can also earn points this way to reduce the costs of smoothies, great? right? Finish up at the gym and preorder, prepay for the smoothie, quick up. What could go wrong? 

EVERYTHING! Store was supposed to open at 7AM, order placed at 7:15 AM, paid for, pick up scheduled at 7:25 AM, I get there at 7:30 AM,  NO ONE IS THERE. The store is not open, posted hours state 7AM, and not an employee, franchisee or manager in sight.

Finally, go home and make my own smoothie, and tell corporate about the situation. 3 emails later, Corporate says they can give me a credit but for a refund, I have to go through the store, and fill out a detailed complaint. A credit? No thank you! I paid for a service/product that was never delivered.

Still have not received a refund, a proper apology  or an explanation for why this store is so poorly run/managed.  

Save yourself a headache, and take your money elsewhere!
