They took 1,280.00 from me and promised to get my loans back in good standing. They never helped me and now my wages are being garnished and so did my income tax.

...ALWAYS have money to give to scam artists to "fix your credit," but NEVER just use that money to help pay off your creditors which is the WAY TO FIX YOUR CREDIT?
Oh, right- because you're always looking for shortcuts. Well, sorry. Now you have even less money to pay your creditors with, and it's nobody's fault but yours.
