I order a purse from Sistabag.com on September 16th. I received a email stating that l hadn't completed my order form, so l logged on and completed my form. Several days later l checked my credit card statement and found l had been charged twice. I contacted the company via email and was told they had only charged me once and that should check with my credit card company so l did. To date no resolution yet.

The second and most IMPORTANT ISSUE IS TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PURSE. Which was a present for my daughter which l want to gift her with. 

This has been a very negative experience and all l want is my mechandize or credi back to my card.
