I don't even know how to begin recovering. Thank goodness Shravan Gupta is (hopefully) finally coming to justice. Millions have been lost at his hands.
It's almost as if he's running a ponzi scheme from one investment group to the next.
He was just raided by the Enforcement Directorate so that's a good sign. He's had "black money" accusations, summons for $1.5 million in unpaid taxes, and crazy business scams.
He's also had land seized after finding he had a foreign account hiding money.
He's even been questioned in relation to a scam with choppers. It's crazy the extent of Shravan Gupta's involvement in business scams. You just search his name "Shravan Gupta" and there is news story after news story about his involvement in projects that lose money, including being issued non-bailable warrants.
