Donna Genovese is very unethical. She took very, very, very expensive items and sold them and kept everyone's money and will not give it to them. She is closing her store and if she owes you money she will not give it to you but she will let you take a credit out of the store.
In actuality, she is letting you take other peoples' belongings as payment. It is so criminal. The people must bond together and stop this madness. Everyone is so confused about this shocking behavior because the people of Boca are a close-knit group and it is very unusual to have someone steal from your neighbors.
Right at this moment, she is still selling items in the store and online and not giving the consignors their money. A very bad person indeed. So sorry I ran into this one. I feel bad for everyone that got stolen from. I feel bad that her children are in the store witnessing this offense.
