This company is unprofessional and lies about the advertising price they use it as a hook and real to get you in. They advertise $18 a square foot but then they try to charge you for every little extra thing even though that is considered a square foot. For a simple vanity job which was 16 ft.² should have cost $288 they tried to charge me over $700 for the project than when I called them out on the price she was confused and then lowered it to again a price that was not $18 a square foot the back-and-forth games with them.
I rounded up the square footage to 16 as well as told them I would give them 300 for the project which was more than what it should’ve been just to make things easy. She then told me that that was not enough to pay her assistant $100 for the day. I’m sorry it’s not my job to pay your assistant and also this project should not take that long to do let alone take the whole day. If you can’t run your Business properly and can’t afford to pay your staff they don’t advertise at $18 a square foot maybe you should advertise it more a square foot like 24 25 26.The unprofessionalism of bringing a child that was crying the entire to my house to do a quote just shows how this company has poor judgment.
