Sharri Gillingham pretended that she wanted to rent an apartment - but as soon as she allegedly conned the Property Attendant and purportedly only got the keys for a 1 week trial - they moved her furniture in and squatted there for free and did not pay utilities, insurance, etc. She planned it from the beginning and doesn't have any lease to squat on the property and her scheme apparently was to devalue the property so her Father, another alleged fraud artist in other schemes as noted - could put in a low offer on the devalued property! The Father and Daughter continue to work together spinning their alleged criminal scams on the public! After about four months of squatting without the property owner’s permission and not paying rent or utilities in the Campbellford Apartment - the squatter finally left! The squatter demanded that the report be deleted before she moved out (amongst other alleged threats), and the Landlord did as he promised and reached out to his friends to ask whoever wrote the report to ask for the Ripoff Report to delete the article.
This has been done. I won’t comment on what I heard about the wall and door damage, garbage, alleged theft, and appliance damage left by the squatter - that will be up to the Landlord to pursue at their prerogative.

It’s terrible how squatters think they can get away with living in someone’s property without paying rent or utilities. It’s takes a special kind of scum to intentionally do this!
