Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This my experience:

I'm extremely disappointed after purchasing a pass to SeaQuest Fort Lauderdale. This is what I have experienced so far and it is not great. On Sunday, December 22, 2019 I bought a 50% off deal on groupon to SeaQuest. I bought the "Annual Passport for One and Two Feeding Tokens" for $19.95. I was wondering why it was 50% off and now I know why.

Like everyone else, I ignored all the terrible news stories about the ethics of this company and how animals are treated. I was excited to go, I went to the shopping center and saw inside. I could not use my ticket because the store is nothing but an empty shell. No construction, no construction workers, no employees, no animals, no tanks, no water, no enclosures. Nothing has been built, the space is empty.

I reached out to SeaQuest on several occasions by phone and email. I called (800) 484-9745 and (954) 577-5199 leaving messages at both numbers. They have never returned my calls or email. They also do not answer the phone which I found very strange and suspicious.

Sadly, I read angry comments from other people who also bought passes through the website and Groupon. I read a lot of complaints from people saying SeaQuest mislead them so they asked for a refund. Unfortunately, they never got a refund and lost all their money.

In my opinion SeaQuest has been deceiving the public since June 2018 when they first announced they were opening. They have changed the the opening dates like 7 times and have nothing but never-ending excuses! The most recent date change took place again this month. It is unknown when  anyone can use these tickets.

Right now they feel worthless and like it was a bait and switch. They sell tickets for one date and then change it. They say 'oh well' and continue to sell more passes to a location that is not open and may never be open. No one answers the phones or responds to customers. It is very alarming.

I bought a pass to use now, not a year from now. They refuse to be honest and keep stringing people along with empty promises. They should not sell passes to something that does not exist and may not open. This is consumer fraud and false advertising at its worst.

Beware of this dishonest company from out of state. All SeaQuest has to offer is excuses and lies about not opening. Yet they have no problem taking your money.
