Sarah Fardell was one of my lecturers in my master's program at Charles Darwin University ('CDU'). I found her teaching excellent, but whenever she was asked a question about her on floor experience, I realised she was lacking in that department.
She had told other fellow students she had been working on the floor for 3.5 years as a mental health nurse. Her linkedin profile is consistent with this, stating she first started working st St George hospital on February 2018 as a Registered Nurse. When I fact checked things though on the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency ('AHPRA'), the date of her first registration was actually the 7th of February 2019! You cannot work as a Registered Nurse, unless you are registered with AHPRA, therefore making it impossible for her to have worked in 2018.
Sarah Fardell had been lying to the students and fabricated an entire year's worth of experience. I have emailed this information to CDU authorities, to which I received a dismissing reply.
If she is willing to commit such blatant resume fraud, who knows what other lies she has perpetrated? She is studying to be a psychologist, I want to warn any further potential students or people seeking her assistance to avoid her and realise her deceitful behaviour.
