Nothing is positive about this whole site. I'm not gonna be the guy to say it's rigged but these people try their hardest so you don't make a withdrawal. They understand the need for ppeople to withdraw there winnings and yet they say first express payout which only take roughly  about 5-7 business days. 

You know what heres one better here is the transcript (of course minues the names due to confidentialty purposes)

( me No problem thank you (1 rep: After reviewing your account, I see that there are some disputed charges that we have received from your bank. Are you aware of this? If so, could you please provide any information you may have regarding these disputed charges? Thank you. (1) me Tats what I am stating I just called my bank and they have no evidence of any doispute charges or wire transfers being sent into my account (12:16:25)     me and what would mybank be disputing? (12:17:49) rep: Alright. For us to fix this and investigate further, could you please send your bank statement to us? (12:18:24) me: sending right now (12:18:28) me hold on (12:18:45) rep: Thank you for that, (12:18:58) rep: Kindly send that to [email protected]. (12:20:02) me: ok I have sent it (12:20:24) rep: Thank you. Let's just wait for them to review that. (12:20:31) rep Do you have any other requests for me at this moment? Still Delayed Excuses for Withdrawl to be proccessed Lol after the firstg 7-10 days than it could possibly take another 7-21 business days for withdrawals to be apporved 

OH FORGOT TO MENTION they ncluded withdrawal fees here is a picture of what they will CHARGE you for YOUR MONEY

They just sent me an email for an approval yet again for my withdraw request but as of yet I have still not been able to see any changes in my account as as well as noticing through the royal ace casino wbsite that they had cancelled my fund requets yet again and made me go over the process one more time

and this is the response i recieve

They Have Still not Made an Effort to pay out

              Still no Attempt to payout any of my withdrawal requests.Filled with empty promises made by the only way of reaching out to them for support through the online chat support having them go over and review the previous history of my case only to come back and state the same thng and every single week they state  "Get back to us in 7 business days they will send you an email on the next steps needed be taken". 7 days later, same thing, no emails or reaching out. 

Contact them on any of the 3 phone numbers listed also brings you to Majic Jack automated voicemail on first ring statig that business is no longer available at any timethank you for calling.
