I went online looking for a telemarketing Service Company. I have worked with various before and had a decent experience. I ran into this gentleman's website and gave him a call. He offered me 30 leads for $2,400. I told him I didn't want to send all that money up front because I didn't know him. So he asked me for $1,300 upfront which I sent to him via Venmo.
After 10 days I received no leads whatsoever. I asked him for a refund and he said it was on the way. Twice he said it was in the mail and it never arrived. The last time he offered to send the money via bank transfer but he did not. Now he does not answer his phone call or return my calls or answer his text messages either. Its been over 45 days since I first signed up.

Kelvin came to TRC wanting leads, producing the leads in not a problem. we did book him leads, and had to cx or lost 8 appts in 3 days because he didnt tell us he wanted a secretary to take care of his calender, every appt we book he booked his own and then informed us he only wanted few hr slots in the afternoon filled virtually impossible, he would call everyday telling i have these hrs open only.
If you want to know how I and my staff feel this guys has en ego bigger than our president before you file a complaint saying you were scammed, you should read the contract to signed, as you are the one who is pulling a scam.
We had 30 business days to complete the agreement, under normal circumstance the agrement would have been fulfilled in 10 days if we had more than 1-4 in the afternnon to book for and that bomb was dropped after you signed the agreement . We will be glad to refund you money to the terms of the agreement. Y
ou may want to follow the cancellation procedure. NOT once did we tell you check was in the mail, you tried to in timadate and extort trc with threats of rip off report. read thre contract list costs setup fee are not refundable wher would you like you 347.20 sent, after you follow the cancelation procedure and 30 day wait.
Grow up get rid of the ego and your lying ways, it wil come back to bite you , ohh yeah didnt you also say you got burned by how many lead companies who you had no success with.
