I find that this company's customer service is inadequate and of poor quality. 

They do not offer an option for following on your order status.  Instead, you have to try to guess which option to select to get a customer service agent.

They do not record conversations and the wait time was up to 25 minutes only to be disconnected.

I placed an order on 6/22/21 and realized that my shipping information was not complete.  When I called to have the agent correct it, I was assured that it would be before they shipped the item out.

They did not.   Over the course of the past week and 8 phone calls, I still have not received the item purchased and run into having to explain everything each time only to be given a new ticket number.

I called to find out the tracking information because I did not receive an email from Roku on the update, I was placed on hold for 25 minutes, and then the call was disconnected.  

I repeatedly have to correct them on my contact information which they still seem not to get right.

Ruko needs to rebuild their customer service department from the ground up because it is not working.
