Complaint Review: Rodrigo Gonsalves DBA Viniloverus Music LLC - Miami FL

This Man indeed, finally paid me back today. He didn't tell me he was out of town until I filed this report. He ignored me completely. Between he & Offer Up app I've been put through the ringer.

He has defamed me by calling me "crazy" & a "wacko" etc. in Offer Up app in all caps said F.U. to me & again called me "crazy". He then went on to tell everyone online to stay away from me.

 He did all this right here on Rip Off Report's site in what I believe, is a violation of this site's Terms of Service. I have been honest, polite, professional as I could under stress. This isn't just about money although the $47.00 + $7.95 shipping back is a lot for me as I'm disabled & very low income. 

I believe Rip Off Revenge Reports likely should not of allowed him to state all out falsehoods & bullying tactics on this site against me.

Im happy to put his extremely inappropriate messages to me up on this site for all to see. 

However, I really just want this to be over. How is he able to post full bullying language & falsehoods on this site?

He paid this back today. Great. Better late than never. However, he should of manned up, owned his mistakes & just quietly & promptly refunded my money. He had everything he needed on day 2-3 re. how to refund me, a tracking # for proof of return etc.

So, he lied on this site & in the Offer Up app. 

Telling others to stay away can affect my online business. Lets hope not.

I feel attacked, maligned, bullied & defamed right here on Rip Off Revenge against this sites TOS by this guy. 

The money for the music recorder is refunded. But, what about my online reputation? I am not "crazy" or a "whacko" etc.  folks should hopefully still want to do business with me despite this mans defamatory words, name calling, profanity etc.

Update! Rodrigo Gonsalves finally got around to paying me back for this broken music recorder. He refunded in full plus $6.00 (for the hassle I guess?). After I filed my report here, Rodrigo sent a message through the Offer Up app telling me in all caps F U. & called me "crazy".

I have been nothing but professional & quite overly patient with him.  He chose to ignore me until I sought help here. Even then, he took until today to pay.  However, finally he did pay me back, so fair is fair. Thank you to Rip Off Reporting for your services. I truly appreciate your help in getting my issue out & resolved.

Calling a person "crazy" & telling others to "stay away" is libel & damages my online reputation. You had 0 problem taking my money & responding that "all I had to do was ask" (for a refund) which never came. I've been through the ringer. It may be a small amount of money to you but $54.00 to me is my electricity bill paid or not.

I returned this item providing my email & mailing address to refund payment via PayPal, Zelle or M/O or cashiers Check. He never told me he was out of town on "tour". I also provided information on how to refund me thru the Offer Up app. If it's a $30.00 recorder why did I pay $47.00 plus $7.95 shipping? It was obviously ruined which you had to know.

Where's my refund then? I hear name calling & excuses but still $0 of my funds back.

Refund my money. I've said please & have been polite. You on the other hand have been rude, now libelous/slanderous & making excuses. If no big deal where's my refund?

Please do so with all the information I provided.

Completely crazy and unstable person. Tried to explain to her that I was on tour for 2 months after she kept harrassing me with bible sized messages that she had sent back the item and demanded a refund inmediately. 

I have no problem refunding. Which Im still refunding regardless of her terrible impatient and harrassing atittude calling me a crook just because an old 30$ recorder was malfunctioning. Now that I am back from tour and actually have the information to make the payment, (which she failed to provide in her bible long messages) since she enclosed in the package that I had no access to until 2 weeks after she returned it since I was on tour. 

Crazy transaction from the very beggining extremely complicated persona with a harrassing attitude. Steer as far away as you can from this wacko of a woman.
