Rocket Communications SVCS Fake charges added to AT&T phone bill San Antonio Texas
My elderly parents are the victims here,of both this company and AT&T because they are the ones threating to cut off my parents phone if they do not pay the over $100.00 that has been added to their phone bill. They are on a fixed income and cannot afford this. The company has been called they have promised to take off the phoney charges but they have not. My parents have even paid it one time(a great mistake in my opinion). But they were afaid of loosing their phone because my father has had cancer and is still under a doctors care.
These are very heartless scammers and they should be stopped. When they can't pay the bill and the phone gets turned off. It is very hurtful to people who have always worked hard and tried to pay their bills. I think that in some cases we need to bring back public hanging because some crimes are just so low that the criminal needs to be stopped at all costs. Some people think that it is only money that they are taking but situations like this are hard on the elderly. My parents did even tell me that they were having a problem, I had to find out from someone else. It is a matter of their personal pride and freedom to handle their own affairs.
