ROCK AUTO I ordered parts and was sent wrong parts and cannot get my refund from this company MADISON WI
On 12/31/2023 I ordered rear rotors for my 2020 Nissan Altima. I was sent the wrong parts by Rock Auto and have yet to receive a refund. I have sent them emails and they have advised me that one of the rotors were not sent back in the original packaging which is a complete lie! I took the unopened box to Brakes for Less to have them installed and was advised immediately that the wrong parts were sent. We immedately returned the rotors and followed Rock Auto's return policy. I paid shipping for wrong parts to be sent to me as well as paid for the shipping of the return of the wrong parts. The company does not have a working phone number to call and speak with a LIVE person. It makes sense why. Please help

Did they ship the wrong part, or did you order the wrong part? I just looked up that car, it has about 5 different versions of the rear rotors, depending on whether you have a mechanical or an electronic parking brake, and also different models and engine options. If you just picked the cheapest part, you probably ordered the wrong one for your car. Their catalog is just an aid for finding the correct part. It's your responsibility to check that it is indeed the correct part for your VIN. You can do that by getting the correct part number from the dealer and cross-referencing it with the manufacturer of the part. If you order the wrong parts, then it's on you. Many parts are not returnable once they have been installed. Rock Auto does pay for labels if they ship the wrong part or there is an error in the catalog.
