Beware! Richard's is scamming customers in all sorts of ways. Hopefully, someone will investigate and work on shutting their shops down. They have two shops one on Lawrence and the other on grand street. Poor customer service at Richard's body shop when it has anything to do with addressing issues/concerns directly related to your vehicle that they are in possession of: This place needs to be investigated for fraud and scams to both customers and insurance companies! Richard's auto body shop is preying on its customers! Richard's has poor quality body work/paint job/mechanics.
