Sellers and buyers beware! Reverb does NOT have any phone support, nor do they have weekend support (even though they advertise that they do). Our account was hacked on a weekend. They still had our account locked 4 days later and it gave the hackers enough time to change listings, accept offers, give false information as well as change banking info so that payments would go to them. The hackers also had time to get customer's personal information. Reverb has given every indication that they do not care. I have been a loyal seller with them since they first started as a business in 2013. This is apparently how they treat their long time customers. Extremely unprofessional. Any company that deals with large amounts of money from customers and businesses should (at the very least) offer 24/7 live chat support. As of today, our account still has not been fully reinstated even though they falsely claimed that it was.
