Removable veneers usa concord nc ive asked for them to call and talk about this and still nothing, my next event is next Saturday and im out of 799.00 and veneers Concord North Carolina

Removable veneers usa concord nc Just around 2 months ago i ordered remo able veneers because i had a few events that i had to attend and wanted that perfect smile , i was sent a txt from barbara that she would assist me but i wanted to talk to someone before i moved forward so she called and give me all the information that the company and lab are out of concord nc and i told her im in nc to and that would be great so i went forward with it and she txt me that she would make sure im happy with my veneers so i did the impressions and pictures and everything was approved then i waited approximately 3 weeks and i got a txt confirmation my veneers were on the way ,
when i received then they were shipped with the post office address from charlestown sc so i tried them on and the bottoms were thick , when i smile you couldnt tell but when i talked it was very obvious so i reached out to the company to let them no and i finally got a call and she said send picture through txt and i did and continuing through txt they agreed bottoms are thick and i kept the veneers in the container provided but trued them on a few times hoping they could work but its so obvious there not and last Saturday was one of the events i needed them for but the tops broke in half by just putting them on then taking them off ,
yes im upset i spent 799.00 and then im told that for them to break that i had to apply extreme pressure, as i explained that was not what happened and i need the tops fixed and bittoms thinned but they wanted to keep emailing back and forth questions that i answered but they kept emailing that i didnt , they have impressions, pictures , answered questions for them to just redo the top and thin the bottoms and there not willing to help me so i asked for a refund and there not responding to nothing now , ive asked for them to call and talk about this and still nothing, my next event is next Saturday and im out of 799.00 and veneers and no one responds now to fixing them or refunding my money so I'm out of both
