First and most importantly I NEVER received ANY leads or contacts from the advertising with RealEstateAgent.com NOT ONE. Advertising on this site is INEFFECTIVE. I called to cancel my account. They sent an email with a cancellation code that is only good for 24 hours. I have a 34-minute screen recording of me trying to cancel the account.
In this video, I follow all procedures they outlined. I kept getting error codes and their site timed out repeatedly. I spoke with a representative Sue, and she cited their agreement and the exact procedure I was to follow to cancel, yet it did not work.
The cancellation process is as tedious and as ineffective as their platform. You would think that the owners would be concerned that their site is not delivering, but they are not, apparently.
One could conclude the reason the cancellation process is so difficult is so they can use a technicality to continue to bill agents, instead of just being honorable.
