THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF.  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My boss placed a large ordered for the cheese enchiladas a couple months ago and they were a bad batch.  He attempted to get ahold of the company but kept getting the run around as you see in the review below.  Finally, after being ignored and dodged - he received a coupon.  He was assured that the new enchilada would be good so we went ahead and placed an order.

 

We received the order and the boxes were packed so tight there was no dry ice in the box.  The enchilada boxes were still cold so we figured we’d try them out.  We ate 2 out of the huge order but NOPE!  Same bad batch and taste.  They just didn’t taste right.

 

I am the Executive Assistant to my boss so I called Ryan the “Customer Engagement Manager” to resolve this issue but unfortunately, Ryan was extremely rude, gave me attitude, and wouldn’t take my word for it since I wasn’t my boss and he wanted to talk directly to my boss.  He wouldn’t even hear me out and just ended the conversation.  Ryan was rude, short and dismissive.  Extremely rude and poor customer service.

 

We sent him an email in regards to this issue and he just passes it on to a person named AJ.  The email states they will follow up on Monday.  We sent a SECOND email and no one responded.  It is now Sunday and no one has reached out. 

 

We have spent so money and time dealing with this company.  Their initial product was great and it just went downhill.  All I asked for is that we can send back the cheese enchiladas and exchange them for the Cannelloni.  Clearly that was just too much work for them.  

 

This company lacks customer service, management and common curtesy for consumers.  We were a repeat customer and would have continued with purchases had they been accommodating.  You just lost our business.
